How to take Numark Vitamin D and Calcium Tablets
Take 1 Numark Vitamin D and Calcium Tablets a day, chewing until you can swallow the tablet. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.

When should Numark Vitamin D and Calcium Tablets not be used?
Numark Vitamin D and Calcium Tablets are not suitable for children under the age of 12. Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients.
